Tom Richman began his insurance career with MetLife in 1977. Tom's early focus was on Estate and Financial Planning for owners of small businesses. In 1990 he founded Creative Benefit Plans, Inc., so that he could concentrate on helping small businesses maximize the use of their benefit dollars. Tom founded Creative Benefit Plans with the belief that every small and medium sized business is entitled to the same quality service and low price that a Fortune 500 company would expect. Tom has consistently shown his clients how to offer the same quality benefits to their employees that large companies provide to their staff.
Heather Best joined Creative Benefit Plans in 2001. Heather had a teaching background prior to joining CBP. Heather uses her communication skills to help clients understand the complexities of their benefits. By paying attention to the details she has helped clients get the most out of the benefit plans they offer. Heather also provides outstanding customer service and our clients look upon her as an invaluable professional resource.
